Welcome to Biankura - The Taste of Korčula
Tucked away in the heart of Korčula’s Old Town, Biankura invites you to experience authentic Dalmatian cuisine through two unique restaurants: Biankura Korčula and Konoba Biankura located in old town of the city.
Both are part of a proud family tradition led by the Đula brothers – one catches the fish, the second sells it at the market, and the third transforms it into unforgettable dishes for your table.

Konoba Biankura is located in a traditional Dalmatian alley (štrada). You can enjoy the sea breeze, a beautiful view, and dishes prepared on a classic open grill – from fresh fish sourced from our own fish market to carefully selected meats and other Dalmatian specialties like pašticada.
If we don’t have availability at your desired time, feel free to visit Restaurant Biankura, located just 50 meters away on the town promenade.
Restaurant Biankura is located right on the promenade "behind the town" – partly along the old city walls and partly beside the historic center – offering a stunning view of the Korčula archipelago. The quality of ingredients, dishes, and preparation is at the same high level as in our Konoba.
At times, due to bad weather or full capacity, you may choose to dine at the Konoba, which is just a short distance away.
